Appointment Times:

The online booking system and Mindbody app sometimes create gaps in our appointment schedule. In order to ensure that all therapists receive breaks and maximize our availability, we may call you to slightly adjust your appointment time. We appreciate your cooperation and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy to your therapist and to allow time for other clients to schedule, we require 24-hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. We respectfully ask for your cooperation with this policy.

-If an appointment is late cancelled up to 3 hours prior to your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full priced session fee.

-If an appointment is late cancelled with less than 3 hours notice, or if you do not arrive for your appointment (no-show), your credit card will be charged the full session fee.

-If you have a pre-paid service on account, the session will be deducted from your account.

Credit Card on File/Pre-Payment:

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file in the event that we need to charge you for a missed or late cancelled appointment. Your information is stored via our merchant processor, MindBody, who is Level I Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. MindBody encrypts credit card numbers and billing information, backs it up daily, and securely stores it offsite. If you refuse to have a card on file, you will be required to pre-pay for your appointment.

Email Reminders:

We require that you opt-in to our email or text appointment confirmation and reminder system. These reminders are a courtesy, however- You are still responsible for arriving to your scheduled appointment, even in the event that you do not receive a reminder. This opt-in list is not used for marketing purposes.

Discounts/Promotions:

Only one discount may be used per session – they cannot be combined.

COVID-19 Info

We have adhered to all CDC and Califonia State Health Department guidelines since March 2020. At this time, face coverings/masks are optional but highly encouraged due to the intimate nature of Massage Therapy.

We will continue to practice all cleaning/sanitization protocols put in place in 2020, as well as provide air purifiers in all treatment rooms and common areas. Open windows and face coverings for Therapists during sessions will be accomodated upon client request.
